• Use the item only for its intended purpose and in a safe manner.
• Do not sub-let, lend, or sell the item to any third party.
• Keep the item in your possession and secure at all times.
• Report any damage, fault, or loss to the vendor immediately.
• Return the item on or before the agreed end date, in the same condition as received (fair wear and tear excepted).
• Cover the cost of any repair or replacement due to damage beyond fair wear and tear, or loss/theft, up to the value of the item or the security deposit (whichever is higher, subject to applicable law).

The security deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days of the item's return, provided:

• The item is returned on time and in the agreed condition.
• No undisclosed damage, missing parts, or excessive wear is found.

Deductions from the deposit (if any) will be itemised in writing with supporting photos.

• The vendor is responsible for ensuring the item is safe and fit for purpose at handover.
• The renter assumes full responsibility for the item during the rental period.
• URentMy acts solely as a marketplace platform and is not a party to this agreement.
• Both parties are encouraged to hold appropriate personal insurance. URentMy does not provide insurance.
• Neither party shall hold URentMy liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dispute arising from this rental.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
